'Zhù zài + place' tells where you live.
我住在上海。Wǒ zhù zài Shànghǎi.
I live in Shanghai.
我住在学校旁边。Wǒ zhù zài xuéxiào pángbiān.

……不大/不小
'Bù + adjective' makes a negative description.
我家不大。Wǒ jiā bú dà.
My home is not big.
这个房间不小。Zhè ge fángjiān bù xiǎo.
This room is not small.
